STEPHEN PARNELL
Stephen Parnell has spent over a decade working with large
international relocation firms and a further decade in senior
positions within the financial services and investment field. His
particular field of expertise lies in providing advice to clients
looking to relocate via investment in the USA. Stephen has travelled
extensively throughout the United States, visiting and evaluating
potential new EB-5 regional center programs and advising clients. He
also regularly attends specialist meetings in Washington, DC, where
members of Congress, the Senate, and the USCIS evaluate trends and
progress in the EB-5 regional center program. He holds a number of
professional licenses and is a published author and seminar
presenter. Stephen and his family relocated to the USA in 1991.

articles on immigration and living overseas, and his advice is

consultations to leading international companies wishing to transfer
